Our 5-Step Home Staging Process

Consultation

Occupied homes: 60–90 minutes together, inside and out. We’ll talk through how you live now versus how the home must show, and what you’ll need to tackle before photos.

Vacant homes: about 60 minutes for photos, measurements, and notes so we can design the stage back at our studio.

Proposal & Checklist

Occupied: You’ll receive a prioritized staging report and checklist.

Vacant: You’ll receive a proposal with the design concept, items we’ll bring in, and pricing.

Installation

Our team delivers, places, and styles everything. Most installs take around 3 hours or more, depending on size and complexity. By the time we leave, it’s photo-ready.

Photography

Your listing agent schedules professional photos. We’ve already staged with the camera in mind, so every key angle shows off your home’s best features.

De-staging

Once you’re under contract and approaching closing, we’ll return to remove our items, usually in about 2 hours or more, so you’re ready for the handoff.
