Flourish Staging & Design was born from one simple idea: Brevard County home staging should feel as thoughtfully designed as the homes we’re preparing to sell.
As local agents and designers, we kept seeing beautiful properties undercut by bland, cookie-cutter staging.
So, we created Flourish Staging and Design to do the exact opposite.
Today, we help real estate agents and homeowners across Viera, Melbourne, West Melbourne, and the beachside communities turn good listings into “must-see” homes that look incredible online and in person.

Jennifer Peters is a Brevard County resident, mom of four, and co-owner of several local ventures, including The Platinum Group real estate team, The Guava Manor, Coastal Peach & Co., and Flourish Staging & Design. A former educator and school counselor turned Realtor®, she’s known for clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a calm, client-first approach to big decisions.
Patrick “PJ” McLoughlin is a U.S. Army veteran and team lead of The Platinum Group. His background in business management, marketing, and sales, combined with his tech-forward mindset and deep love for Brevard County, has helped his team close tens of millions in residential sales while delivering exceptional service to local buyers and sellers.
